Indeed a great post. Motherhood is definitely one of the greatest blessings in a woman life and in every possible way; it needs to be made sure to enjoy it to the fullest extent. It is true that there is an ever growing concern regarding weight loss post pregnancy. So, it should be done but definitely when your body shows you a thumb up!

Every woman gains a considerable amount of weight and getting rid of it is really tough. While being healthy enough should be the real concern, the concentration should be more on that. Weight loss is necessary but again this can weight. Rather enjoy the phase as the baby gradually grows to pass the 1-year mark. Nice post mehak, keep it up!
